- Rivers State Police Command has apprehended a group of kidnappers who abducted a medical doctor at the University of Port Harcourt teaching hospital.
One of the culprits confesses his role in the group, how he joined and his motive for joining, as he pleaded for a second chance.
As a good human being always be in positive side not in negative side.
