Those who think this is an upgrade don't have a brain. ABJECT POVERTY WAGE. By international standard, as a single person, if you're paid less than 96750 Naira a month (2.15 dollars per day), you're living below the poverty line. And the government approves 70,000 Naira minimum wage, Which some people with a family of 3 children will receive. This is abject poverty wage. Unacceptable! With a basterdized economy and inflation at around 40%, 70k today is less than 20k of two year's ago.
Petrol price has been hiked already, so pay the 250,000.

We had expected that the new wage will get to 100 thousand considering the level of inflation in this country . NLC should also try to make sure that state and local government will pay the new wage. The local government have been exploited unbearably till date.
