I was noticing that by leaving 3/4 inch on each side, a gusset is created. This is genius; and it's an important detail to note If a person were to attach flush/edge to edge, there would be no gusset and hence, no accordion pocket. Instead it'd just be multiple pockets. Thanks for sharing this simple way to create accordion pockets.
