  • I need to say something | Let's talk about Health - EPISODE #1 [FOLLOW UP]
I'd like to personally thank people, who have watched the video and personally messaged me to say that they can relate or have parallels with my situation. What’s amazing is that some of these people are those I talk too regularly or are very close to me, but I just us had no real idea they were suffering. So for that I am very proud that my first video has allowed them to open up and begin some sort of process of healing. So very very happy about that 😘😀
However I wanted to address some things which I did not address clearly in EPISODE #1. Oh and let me know what you think of the Intro...📺🎞
-I didn’t really address the fact that although I specifically said about opening up a report for menshealth, man or woman we are all human, and there is unfortunately women struggling with stress, anxiety and depression as well. However these ladies may have to face added difficulty which men don’t, particularly because they may feel they have another hurdle to jump over or door to unlock before they can admit enough is enough and it’s time to seek help or address some of the things in their life which might be causing it. They may be worried about men or even other women thinking that they are not the new archetypal independent women and that admitting they are dealing with stress or similar problems is just exacerbating on old stereotype that women are more emotional than men and “can’t deal with stress”, e.g. the pressures of life; a difficult job, family affairs, losing someone close, money worries... So I just wanted to apologise if I overlooked that aspect of mental health in the first video 🙏🏻✌🏻
-I wanted to make it clear that I’m not a mental Health professional and of course I would advise that once you have talked to someone close about how you are feeling, then when you feel ready, begin to think about contacting a doctor who can put you in contact with someone who is professionally qualified to help you and help you take a step-by-step approach to healing yourself, in a structured and manageable way 🗣👩🏼‍⚕️
-I wanted to say that just because I chose to not take any prescriptions medications from my Doctor to help me with my depression that it doesn’t mean that it's wrong or negative to do so. DO NOT think any less of yourself or think that you may have taken the “easy option”. As I understand, there are many cases where drugs can really assist the healing process and physically help balance out the chemicals in the brain and help them return back to a more usual level. Eventually with the end goal to reduce doses when you are ready to. I just chose not to because I felt that I wanted to use alternative methods to help me overcome the depression I was facing, which for me started by removing some of the things that were ultimately causing it. Then as a result of that, finding more “me time” to self medicate using the ways I had become accustomed to, like walking the dog, exercising, cooking and spending more time with my family 🐖🚶🏻‍♂️
Once again, thanks for watching and also for the feedback to the first video. Peace 👍🏻
If you found any of THIS video useful or maybe you can just relate, please come back and see me again...if you didn’t, come see me again anyway, because maybe you’ll like the next video.

Nice Intro! Mental health is huge Bro! I’m a low stress guy but I do deal with past life trauma at times. Thank you for being open about it!

My memory of first meeting you was one of someone very relaxed, and positive. However I do think that stress affect everyone, the difference from one guy to the next is how they deal with it and how it affects them. I hope that if I can help even one person, then sharing my experiences over the last couple of years is completely worth it. Besides, I am really loving getting back into something creative, which if I’m right in saying, is where you get the passion in your videos from.

NP3D PS, yeah? You like the into?! That’s great to hear, I think it works well for what I’m after. Still, I have so much to learn so will certainly be looking for expert tips 🙏🏻✌🏻😁
