what I love about the Professor is he doesn't have to win at all costs. He plays around with most of these guys. He could play harder defense, he could just take it to the hole every single time but he always gives them a chance. Love it as always Professor!
Why in America are people able to hit so many bricks and they barely rebound, are they cheating running lower ball pressures or is it just the springs in the rings absorbing all that energy. In UK the rings are absolutely rigidly mounted to the backboard with no springs and anything but an absolutely clean shot will massively brick and rebound miles away, or do crazy savage things in the ring and jump back out.
I had an excellent coach going back to my youth that gave me this lil bit of advice when guarding a man with the ball coming at you. Dont look at the guys face or his feet..watch where his belt buckle would be. Focus yourself to keep the mid section in front of you. Dont watch the head fakes the ball fakes, the feet fakes..youll get burned everytime. You need to keep the man with the ball in front of you. Your peripheral vision will keep the ball and the rest in your field of view. Thanks for letting me share something I learned at the very beginning of playing round ball! ✌
