Super natural childbirth is an awesome read. I was terrified of labor and It really shifted my mindset. I had my first baby Nov 2023 and I literally was in labor probably an hour in a half. But I literally went from 3 cm to my water breaking and my husband seeing our child’s head all with in the 3 minutes. The nurses and doctors were in awe and it was without an epidural as well! It was such a surreal great feeling.

This is so inspiring I don’t have any kids, but I always always imagine if I was pregnant that’s everything will get put on hold and I wouldn’t be as productive but seeing you do it makes it look possible and easy. Thank for that push 😊

That was interesting, how you go about planning, and posting, and all. I was gonna say this, anyway, then you asked what we want to see. So, more of this type of behind the scenes is what I want to see. Plus, yes, the baby stuff you mentioned would be nice to see, too.

I hated prenatals as well. I didn't like how they made me feel. The only one I tried that didn't make me feel weird was the New Chapter Perfect Prenatal Multivitamin. If you give them a try, hope they work out better for you. Congratulations and all the best 💕

Try taking your prenatal at night it would help you not feel funny. And if you are taking iron supplements it will also make it hard to go to the bathroom.
