3:30-ish - "Inflations up, LIKE the minimum wage and so it's all the same - ain't a damn thing changed". He is saying if you hike the minimum wage then prices go up. Always. So hiking minimum wage does not do anything but make everything more expensive, which in turns means the extra pay really doesn't make any difference to anyone.
