Its a little tab that brakes in the nozzle carrier , top part, been looking for it but no luck, i will try to mod mine with some metal tab as mine last 8 months and for the price should last at last 5 years, design flaw. Should be recall for this and open collective case.
Mine does that. It gets stuck if I havent used it for some time. The bio bidet tech support was no help. I have to use posterior then leg it extend then stop then again posterior and it works. It’s a shame they have terrible tech support. I’m sticking with Toto going forwards.
Wish you had a video on how to repair the retracting nozzle/sprayer. Mine is no longer moving in & out.

Mine use to make that same noise and i was told it was normal, until tonight when it stopped retracting
well mine can not get out.
Exactly, the mine couldn't move back and forth, so I disassembled and connected the hose back to the nozzle end and It worked.
