Sooo beautiful!! And what a sweet woman that gifts her employees flowers every week! I honestly love your videos and I have learned so much from you! I am curious about how you dig and store your tubers. Typically I am focusing on packing for 6 months in Florida right now. So, last year it was so warm here in northern lower Michigan, we had not had a frost yet. I had my neighbor dump a bag of mulch on top of my dahlias (1st time growing them) and managed to salvage quite a few in late April!
Love your channel and looking forward to when you are in your new Shop!😄
So great to watch your successful season with the garden. I can't wait to see you open your store! You are correct that Floret is not selling seeds this year. She made a video or maybe it was just on her website, I can't remember. She is focusing on cultivating new floral varieties so no seeds this year :(
Very pretty. I LOVE honeywort, I let it self-seed wherever it wants, and I start somewhere I for sure want them.
Thank you so much for sharing your work with us! I really enjoy seeing the processes, the markets, your ideas and of course the FLOWERS!! Cant wait to see the store open and fully stocked. Exciting 🎉
Love your videos - keep them coming! This fall I thined out my iris patch. Saved seeds from cosmos, marigolds and zinnias (some coral Bennerys giants) and I noticed tons a little baby honey worts. I hope they survive winter. I preferred them over bupleurum as a filler plant. So many pretty things this fall, but winter is inevitable. Its a good time to think and plot for next year. Enjoy your weekend!
I can’t wait to see the store get put together 🥰
Thank you Christina. As usual your bouquets are beautiful ! 🎃🍁💚🙃
Very pretty!! Enjoy all of your videos, thank you.
Each bouquet was so gorgeous with the different colors and textures! They looked so very fresh! I am very excited about the renovation videos and to see how you end your season and plan for next season. Have a great weekend! 🎉
Great year ! Thanks for all your videos. Have a.nIce holiday season!
I love how enthusiastic you still are at the end of the season. Those bouquets were so pretty! 💐
Gorgeous bouquets, as always. Thank you so much for sharing your journey. I’d love it if you could share your photography expertise and give us tips on photographing bouquets.
I’ll make a note for a video on that!
You've got to grow Zinderella Peach (My seed was from Urban Farmer) I was hesitant because others have recommended not growing the Zinderella but I LOVED them! I had SO many fluffy doubles and the color was "Chef's Kiss"!
Thanks for the tips!
By the time my Zinderellas were filled in at the top, the bugs had eaten the bottom. You need to get the organza on right away. Thanks for the post Christina!
Love blue/green , it really makes the arrangement pop !!! 😍
Thanks for another great video looking forward to your shop being completed and all your future videos 😍
We had a major frost last night and all the annuals are expired. I love watching your videos and can't wait to see how your building is doing!
Beautiful bouquets. 👍🏻
Your dried statice is so vibrant!
Beautiful!! You have had an amazing season. Have you ever thought of making dried flower pumpkin arrangements?
Yes I have 😊
I have heard that Floret is not selling seeds the rest of this year also. Possibly not in 2025 either to focus on more floret originals. I am saving my celosia seeds now from Floret as well. I am also attempting to save uncrossed Floret zinnia seeds for the first time. 🌸😊🌸
Wow🎉
Have you ever grown Jewels of Opar for a filler? So easy to grow and adds such a unique whimsy to a boquet!
I haven’t - I’ll make a note of that. Thanks!
Where do ubuy seeds?
Christina, I'm new here but I've been binge watching your channel for the last couple of days! I'm sure you may have mentioned this in one of your videos, but how far apart do you plant your flowers? I'm planning on 4-5 inch for my sunflowers, but still unsure how close together I want to plant my zinnias for example. I was thinking 8 inch. Thank you!
Thank you for watching! In most of my planting videos I will say spacing for everything. Sunflowers I do 4-5 inches. Zinnias are 9
@@SunshineFlora Thank you!
Yes, I watched a video where Erin said they weren’t going to sell the seed mixes again this coming season. I think what she was saying is that their focus is on getting the individual flowers stabilized and then maybe they will sell seeds for those. I was disappointed because, due to the high price she charged, I only bought one packet and I was hoping to buy a couple more. As for the statice, I grew mine from seed, not a Floret, and waited so long for it to start blooming, and then the deer ate it. 😅. I did try to let all my double precious metals flowers (and, like you, I was also disappointed in how they performed, but the few nice ones I did get were very nice ) go to seed, but somehow most of the dried flowers disappeared just before they were ready for me to harvest. I half suspected my neighbor 😂 because I really have no idea why they disappeared. I think I only started half the packet so I should have a few more, I hope. The few seeds I did manage to harvest will, of course, not be true because I had other zinnias in close proximity.
Thanks for the Floret update - we will just have to wait a year! Darn. Time to save seed!!!
Howdo you hydrate your cerinthe/honeywort?
Cut when cool and hydrate immediately
I bought Floret dahlia seeds very disappointing!
Sorry to hear that
