Azulas break down at the end reminds me so much of those dogs that are just mistreated theyre whole life and you walk in like... i want to help you so bad, it makes me so sad... she deserves better and it sucks that she was lead into that way of thinking and lifestyle. i am in no way an Azula stan for the record, just feels terrible to watch, but necessary for the show of course.
i have a question, who would you cast as toph for the next season of Netflix’s avatar?
I never thought this was a sign of romance at all tbh zuko would’ve done the same for any other member including toph sokka aang hell even appa it was a selfless act to protect something more than himself that’s why this scene is so impactful and zukos character arc is so full of fulfillment he learns to protect and help something more than just himself
