I stopped using the product when I couldnt take screenshots anymore. I understand why, your hard work isnt for free, but the company I work for wont pay anything so now I mostly use the joblink app. This workflow idea is great however👍

Hi! I would love to know if the ipad stand you are using has a magnetic BASE(the part that is touching the hvac system). If so, I would like to know the name of it, or where we can find one. We have been looking for something just like that.

Is the guided Workflow on the A/C side only?
Here in minnesota we are pretty much into the heating season,
is it set up for furnaces, boilers and condensing boilers also?
There are several and several more on the way. Gas heating installation is out. It can also be used for service in 99% of all cases.

Yes, there is for heating installation, service coming soon as well as VEO for gas.

Jim (like you see the first comment) why don't you offer a monthly or yearly subscription? I think a lot more guys would be signing up, I suse would. I wanna take part in your work but my boss would never pay for per job with the tokens.
We have looked at a lot of models over the years and have considered subscriptions. That said, we have not changed the model for a reason. Our current model has been very successful. The current model is an operational cost vs a subscription which adds to overhead. If it is passed through on an invoice like most of our customers do then there is no cost to the contractor/technician at all. Some contractors do however absorb the cost because of the high reductions in callbacks and increased revenue/ticket. We offer in most cases enough to a technician for free that there is no burden to them at all.
@@measureQuick I guess I'll discuss it with Jim at the symposium. I have a few reasons why this model won't work for us (in my market) but I understand.
