Thanks for doing the inspection on my new to me GTX Dave. Woulda loved to have paid less for it, but love this year and model, and LOVE the color combo of this one. The new AC will come in handy in Florida. Put a good number of miles on it and getting few items upgraded. Good driver.. on lookout for a REAL nice mopar very soon!
I had a 1970 Roadrunner, B5 blue, black vinyl top, 383, 3 speed manual..!! ? I bought it used outside Barksdale AFB LA. 1975, had 89,000 miles. price... $1895.
BEST CAR EVER
My cousins all work at Dodge Main east side of Detroit Michigan they had all them cars. 69 GTX super bees roadrunners and charger RT.
For that kinda money I'd want a 4spd..
Great car I'm sure but the painted vin plate/dash and upside down fender tag just don't sit well with me.
It might be a sloppy clone $8000.Way way too much
Back in the day. Mopar had nice sound. Had a 69 Charger 383 4B with glass packs. First car, rust bucket but i loved it.
I have a 69 Charger was a 318 now R/T clone with a mild 440 Magnum 525'ish hp..and 70 Charger 500 factory 383 Magnum rebuilt on a stand and its running a 71 383 stroker now 496 c.i 640 hp thing is crazy! My cousin mainly restored the body/interior I do mechanical work...
I also drove a 69 383 Charger for 5 years as a daily in the late 80's at 16,wasnt rusty, ran like crazy 12.60's in the 1/4 with a mild 383 rebuild with a cam and head work.Bought the car off an old lady who ran it with no oil,car was like new..I am anal and kept it looking new but when we rebuilt the engine,my Uncle who was a drag racer said do this and that lol, sure ran good! Mine was F8 on F8 green,I love that color my 70 is that color..Sold it for money to buy a house in my early 20's..didnt want to but needed a house asap!
My ALL-TIME favourite Mopar, dad had a B5 440 4 speed one new till 1984. They look goofy with full chrome Magnum 500's tho.
