Wow you did a great job for completing the Vigilante mission. I love gta vice city too. But to make the mission easier, I recommend that you should use a VCPD Cheetah or FBI Washington car because the VCPD police car that you've used can't be fixed with pay 'n' spray (which can fix the car + remove wanted level) while the Vigilante mission, both vehicles like I said can be fixed (letting to remove the wanted level). If you want the mission more effectively, use a rhino tank (get 6 stars, then quickly kill the military and get in the tank, then go to the safehouse had a big garage, save game, exit the game then load game, and finally you can start the Vigilante mission, or you should collect 90 hidden packages, the rhino tank will be spawned at Fort Baxter Air Base (must wear the cop outfit first)). Maybe I had some mistaken but I hope my tip can help you, but anyway, thank you so much for posting this video too

Thanks for the advice. I’ll try different options. I’m planning streams, although I don’t play very well, but the best videos will be on RUclips
