i've got to LV 50 with a washingtong FBI a M4 and M60
There is a easy way:1. Rhino, you need to get 6 stars or 90 hidden packages.And 2. Hunter, you need to get 100 hidden packages and achieve 100%.
But still, you got awesome skill.
VCPD Cheetah is much better, although FBI Washington is better for most people, both of them can be sprayed
Which one is best? VCPD Cheetah or FBI Washington?
VCPD Cheetah, because the only thing I like the car is I can respray it.

@@Waltuh138 it's unmarked, so the strategy still works. The FIB/undercover vehicles can be repaired to keep the vigilante mode going without too much trouble.
