    I’m just about done with a second month of challenges and holy cow this one was killer. I did it though, but definitely struggled a few times once we got on the floor 😭

    Day 25 ✅ - not sure how I feel today! Arm exercises with weights great, tough in places ( never done 21’s before third set a killer) but achievable, however, I can’t (and never have been able to) do a press up or tricep dip, can’t seem to support my body weight, hurts my wrists and I just collapse, so I feel like I didn’t do very well today 😕 roll n tomorrow 😊

    When I do the quadruped exercise, I feel it more in my wrists than my Shoulders... What am I doing wrong? Due to the nature of my work, I already suffer from wrist pain... I've had ultrasounds and xrays that show nothing... So I truly try to work through the pain...

      Yea my guess is the pain is so great in the wrists that even though your shoulders are working, you feel your wrists the most! You can try having a set of dumbbells on the ground on either side of you where your hands would be and gripping them palms inward .. this will allow the wrist to stay neutral the whole time.. or doing it on your forearms on an ottoman or heavy chair. This would be a good thing for me to make a little RUclips short about to show how to modify it because I bet you aren’t the only one who experiences this!

      @@rachelsfitpilates that would be fantastic! Using dumbbells is not a bad idea either because the main issue is having my hand flat against a surface.

      Awesome! I’ll def do that! And yes it totally changed the angle of the wrist so I bet you will find some relief with that!

    Just realised I did day 26 rather than day 25 🤦🏼‍♀
