      Moochos Gracias Mr O.... Gonna definitely plant a load more Winter Onions this year man... Gonna Fill both of those long beds on Helens side full of Senshu for over the winter... Ill be starting them early October too about 4 inch apart and mulching up with well rotted house manure mate.

      I think the harvesting is their favourite bit...

    Those onions look a decent crop and considering the constant damp weather in April and May there could have been a lot more rotting off.

      Gonna go for it This year with the Senshu pal... I fancy filling 4 beds on Helens side and 1 on mine with 300 sets. Starting them off in Early October pal....
      Grow what you eat and all that matey. ;-)

      @@thelittlefarmersfarm5706 I had a similar cunning plan and might build a low tunnel specifically to fit my 8x4 beds as last winter was so wet it rotted off a lot of garlic so
      Giving the onions some shelter will stop that.
