This is what Unrecord did wrong. They showed off their concept before they were close to finishing. Now a million copies have shown up and stolen the thunder. I’m not saying these copies are better, but the whole idea of using bodycam footage as a new perspective is much less new and exciting.

@@Boosted_aj i played it since begining bro when no task existed or trading . Only going woods and the extracts were way different everyone spawned on the same side and had to run to the other side. And it was more fun like that cause there was zero chance someone who spawned close to mid will kill you near spawn or already be camping a lock down area

The natural sounding reverb and echo while firing a 12G Shotty in a fairly empty room sounds so spicy. So good! I love visuals (IO'm a sucker for fantastic Lighting and Ambiance like Sun Rays, Shadows etc etc) but oh my god good Sound is unbeatable. The nice crisp sound. It is almost like you can hear the firing pin hit the shell, the detonation of the powder, to the pellets/slug leaving the chamber. The reverb off the walls back into your ear holes is almost perfection.
Back in the 80’s people would thought this shit is real 🤣

The thing that throws me off ngl is the echo of the shot gun if they got it to sound more indoors that shit wouldah been so brutal
This is a body cam thing though. The sounds could be distorted or whatever.
I was deployed and have seen death first hand. I never lose my composure when characters die in games, that is until now. The cadaveric spasms started and i had to take a second. This game looks like nightmare fuel for completely different reasons than what most people expect.

It just happened two days after valentines, right in the leg and one in the pelvis, had 4 wounds in total from the bullet angle and 2 exit wounds. I was in SHOCK I was like “am I hit” I couldn’t tell and ran into my house with all adrenaline and stuff and checked for damage, I was pouring everywhere, I just laid down and tried to calm myself down until I got careflighted and put in the trauma unit. Like this JUST happened, and I still have a blood bag and catheter. It is HELL my brotha lmao, still bleeding to this day, everyday I wake up and there’s more blood I bled in my sleep. I had blood clots too, shit really sucks

The pain kicked in after the shock, I was hit in the leg and ran it off as if I never got shot, because I couldn’t even tell, adrenaline and shock does crazy things to the body. But after the realization kicked in it was a world of hurt and being stuck in a hospital until I was in good enough shape for discharge

I'm from Chicago i got shot 2 times and lost a fucking kidney and had a punctured lung. Gang banging in the chi is crazy it took over 60 staples to close me up. When they removed the chest tube it made a fucked up sound.every body wants to shoot the shit out of you don't no body want to throw hands no more.

One thing i hope they add is that subtone that’s created whenever you fire a weapon in an enclosed environment. Whenever something that loud happens in an enclosed space like that, the place should ring like a bell!
they blur the face because the faces are the hardest thing to make look realistic on the dev side.
but the effect is actually really interesting, it has an emotional aspect to it you wouldnt think would be there

I think one thing that would really help this scene look a lot better is the kitchen and outdoor are both the same brightness, either the outdoors should be blown out or the indoors should be a lot darker

Depends on the distance and the quality of glass, bud. Old cheap crappy single-paned glass will shatter but modern glass as far as Iam concerned does not shatter. And at that distance. The shotwad is still 1-piece so it comes thru as one hole. So glass wont shatter. I know because ive shot at glass before and it is like a single hole and the rest of the glass was intact.

I saw a man get shot in the head point-blank with a 12-gauge from below. It was a lot like in the film Terminator 2 when the T1000 terminator takes a shotgun to the face in the hospital, except the man's head mass was blown apart and outward in more of a vertical deformation before collapsing/folding from gravity. As opposed to the film depiction, the head mass was less recognizable as what it was a moment before. Definitely one way to go. It's interesting to me with the public's fascination with more realism in games.

You're thinking of unrecord. The devs of this game saw unrecord and pushed this out as fast as possible in the hopes that people would confuse them -- which they clearly did.
