My dream is to live next to the ocean like this. I live close to the ocean here in CA, but not up front like this. Someday, maybe. I like that it doesn't have any yards or backyards. Yards and backyards are such a waste of space. How often do we hang out in the front or backyard, like almost never. I saw a house not too far away where I live, the front of the house literally has no yard. It comes all the way to the sidewalk, even the garage. At first, I was like this is odd. Then, I realize this is genius. This person used every space he has to build his house. 😆
Thank you! It doesn't have a private pool, but it does have a community pool shared by just 7 other homes in that beach garden. And most of the owners are never there, so it's pretty much your own pool.
Is the wine cellar fully climate controlled and given it is glass does it have full UVA and UVB protection? Many new homes have cellars but they let in light which kills fine wine as any collector knows. Cellars should not use glass walls. Builders seem to know zero about fine wine when constructing these cellars.

It's not climate controlled, but could be converted. There's also ample room in the garage if you wanted to build out a more full-fledged wine cellar.
