More than 50 years ago I was stationed at NAS Corpus Christi during that massive flood. DON'T take chances! I was driving trying to get to the barracks when my car was up to the windows before I could get far. Thank God for roll down windows, a man grabbed my arms and pulled me right out of the window. You can't open the door against the water pressure. . I never get to thank the guy for saving me he was off helping others. It happens faster than you can imagine so just go get somewhere safe. Take an old Vietnam veteran's word obey orders for safety.

There's a huge problem with Sarah Boone's proposed "self defense" scenario. Self-defense applies when the action taken is necessary to stop whatever is happening at the time. Self-defense doesn't mean doing something in order to stop a probable (or future) action from occurring.

If they were arguing self defence her lawyer would've made her take the deal. I live on the coast of NC I have survived several hurricanes and have been flooded out during Floyd and Fran. Hurricanes are no joke. My dear cousin is in Ft Myers. She has two dogs and is in her 70’s. I am so worried for her. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻for everyone for pathway of Milton and from Helena the Mountains of NC, SC, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida and West Virginia are still in dire straits.☮️

IMO The jury will seal her fate based on one action of her's. Not the act of zipping up the suitcase, but the act of TAUNTING the victim. They will not be able to see past that. I can't. No reasonable person will be able to see past it...IMO.

As for Boone, she never once mentioned Jorge's abuse at her interrogation and I certainly didn't hear Jorge threatening her life from the suitcase, only pleading with her to help him get out, whilst she enjoyed his suffering, she certainly didn't show any fear of him either. Anytime I watch the law and crime channel, especially with that Vinnie guy, I have to go to 1.25 or 1.5 speed. It's the ones that speak really slowly, but also include as much filler as possible while speaking slowly, because they only have a few real details to share, so waffle on, repeat the same points and opinions over and over again, and often bring in some kind of "expert" who may or may not know a thing about the case they're covering, that bug me.
On video SHE took: when he begged for her to let him out didn’t she say something like “well now you know how I feel when you cheat on me”….her saying that sounds like revenge killing not afraid of domestic violence. She is a narcissist and nuts for not taking plea deal.
Just got back from my granddaughter’s volleyball game. Decided to finish watching and also check the status of Milton because I lived in Port St Lucie FL before moving to NC and still have family and friends there, in Stuart, and North Palm Beach. I just hope they don’t get it as bad as Western and NW NC! Those poor people had no idea on how to prepare! They were in the mountains and never dreamed that a Hurricane could ever reach them and cause such devastation!! Please pray for Florida! She’s out of her mind not to take the 15 years. She’s what …46yo ? She’s already served over 4 years… She could be home in 10 years @ 56 & a chance to have some semblance of a life. If this goes to trial she’ll either die in prison or well into her 70s

We got our hurricane shutters up and tied down our greenhouse, shed and fence... I NEVER worry about hurricanes, and I've been through many, but this one has me really concerned. Stay safe Peter! My son said he'd drive the 3 hrs to pick her up and bring her to my niece's house. And he'd bring her home. She's being a typical stubborn old woman! I really appreciate your prayers. SB should have taken the plea deal. She already has 4 years under her belt that would go towards that 15 yrs. She really believes she is going home after the trial. Who decides the time if she is found guilty…the judge or jury?? Will the jury be told about ALL the previous attorneys and the hell she has put the court system through?? Personally, if I was the judge and I got to decide her time in prison…all the 💩 she has put the court system through since the day she was arrested would influence my decision on her time to serve. Yeah, my dad was in the eye of Andrew, lost the property, thank goodness they were renting. My dad flew in from Chile that morning not realizing what a big storm it was going to be. He sat in a bathroom with his legs against the door keeping the door from opening while their roof flew away. I stayed on the phone with him most of the night until he lost the electric, thank God he was fine afterwords.
Although the forecast says the hurricane will decrease in intensity by the time it hits land on Wednesday, even a Category 3 will bring awful storm surge. There are others developing in the Atlantic basin, too. Can't wait for the end of Nov. 💙🙏

Prayers for you and your family from Houston Tx. Have been through a couple here. I did lose everything I had when a tornado hit my home in the Texas Panhandle in 1987. Broke my back in 3 places. Have been disabled after 6 fail back surgeries. Sending prayers for those in the path of Hurricane Milton.

From a UK resident I don't know how you all cope with the horrific Hurricanes and Tornado's you suffer with...I pray those in the area all stay safe 🙏 . As for Boone, she never once mentioned Jorge's abuse at her interrogation and I certainly didn't hear Jorge threatening her life from the suitcase, only pleading with her to help him get out, whilst she enjoyed his suffering, she certainly didn't show any fear of him either. I am so tired of her ongoing shenanigans and can't wait for the trial to commence as I'm sure we all are. Great commentary as always...thanks 😊

I love that you speak quickly. It's so frustrating to listen to slow talkers. They take so much time to formulate their thoughts. Not conducive to RUclips videos. You impart so much more info in a shorter period of time.

Anytime I watch the law and crime channel, especially with that Vinnie guy, I have to go to 1.25 or 1.5 speed. It's the ones that speak really slowly, but also include as much filler as possible while speaking slowly, because they only have a few real details to share, so waffle on, repeat the same points and opinions over and over again, and often bring in some kind of "expert" who may or may not know a thing about the case they're covering, that bug me.

Just got back from my granddaughter’s volleyball game. Decided to finish watching and also check the status of Milton because I lived in Port St Lucie FL before moving to NC and still have family and friends there, in Stuart, and North Palm Beach. I just hope they don’t get it as bad as Western and NW NC! Those poor people had no idea on how to prepare! They were in the mountains and never dreamed that a Hurricane could ever reach them and cause such devastation!! Please pray for Florida! And I will pray a “Hedge of Protection” around you, Peter and your family!🌀🙏🏻🙏🏻

We got our hurricane shutters up and tied down our greenhouse, shed and fence... I NEVER worry about hurricanes, and I've been through many, but this one has me really concerned. Stay safe Peter! My mom is on the west coast and is refusing to come to my house! She's 73 and lives alone. I have ALL of her grandkids bugging her, so maybe she'll listen to them and give in and come to my house or my nieces in Orlando. My son said he'd drive the 3 hrs to pick her up and bring her to my niece's house. And he'd bring her home. She's being a typical stubborn old woman! I really appreciate your prayers. Maybe ask Him to put it in Gloria's heart to evacuate? That's my mom's name. 🙏❣️

SB should have taken the plea deal. She already has 4 years under her belt that would go towards that 15 yrs. She really believes she is going home after the trial. Who decides the time if she is found guilty…the judge or jury?? Will the jury be told about ALL the previous attorneys and the hell she has put the court system through?? Personally, if I was the judge and I got to decide her time in prison…all the 💩 she has put the court system through since the day she was arrested would influence my decision on her time to serve. She is thinking she is going to be a “martyr” for domestic violence against women. I really believe that is what she is thinking.
Pretty sure the judge does & nothing tells me that he’ll be lenient…

Yeah, my dad was in the eye of Andrew, lost the property, thank goodness they were renting. My dad flew in from Chile that morning not realizing what a big storm it was going to be. He sat in a bathroom with his legs against the door keeping the door from opening while their roof flew away. I stayed on the phone with him most of the night until he lost the electric, thank God he was fine afterwords.

Although the forecast says the hurricane will decrease in intensity by the time it hits land on Wednesday, even a Category 3 will bring awful storm surge.

Prayers for you and your family from Houston Tx. Have been through a couple here. I did lose everything I had when a tornado hit my home in the Texas Panhandle in 1987. Broke my back in 3 places. Have been disabled after 6 fail back surgeries. Sending prayers for those in the path of Hurricane Milton.
