I LOVE how Connor shared his blanket with Christian in the clip when they were sitting beside each other 😭🥲 that seems to be a safety/comfort item for Connor, so sharing it imparts a certain level of trust and respect for his new friend. I hope they're lifelong friends and that they can both keep their kindness well into adulthood!!
Was that not the sweetest? ❤❤❤ Kids with autism can struggle socializing and connecting with people. To know they were both autistic and one held the others hand, and the other was so greatful he wanted to share his blanket. Omg 🥲 We could all learn so much from children!

This is so true!! I’m a preschool teacher and I see my kids immediately begin playing with one another as if they knew each other forever even though they just met. They don’t even know each other’s name for a while, maybe even a week.

My son was having a hard time at school this morning he was crying and refusing to go to class and one little boy came over and gave him a big hug. Made me want to cry because of his kindness towards my boy.

They also had a show during Christmas and mom asked her daughter if she was going to hold my sons hand, as if the child was his guardian angel. Mom was teaching her child compassion for others.

People have to be nice to each other and guide each other and move each other without rejecting. There’s a big difference between guiding and rejecting. The sexuality is a big issue when people pursue passions of the same sex, that goes against Gods command. Much like eve could’ve eaten out of all the fruits except the forbidden one, heterosexuals can choose anyone they want but their own gender. It’s a matter of obedience, Eve didn’t care and clearly that’s why we all have to die now. There’s also a big difference between having feelings and acting upon them, it only becomes a sin if the person goes and acts upon those desires and has a relationship with the person of the same sex. If a person has homosexual feelings but loves God above all things and gives him/herself fully to God and chooses not to give in to disobedience then it is not a sin.

I honestly try to live through a child’s eyes. I try to not see color, race color r even gender. We are all creations of God. Anything that breathes should be loved.

Good kid. As he grows up, he may encounter bad classmates. You can bet that there will be bullies, trolls, and jealous characters that make nice kids act sour. Given how this boy looks like he is raised by great parents, I'd say he is in great hands. The world needs more kids like this with hearts bigger than the books they bring to class.
Connor reminds me of my nephew, sweet as can be, only has different mannerisms and ways he expresses himself because of his autism. It makes me happy to see there are kids who can get past those differences and still be friends.

My brother was born with Asperger's Syndrome...letting another person touch anything of theirs is a high compliment. It shows incredible trust. People who have that condition are often *very* connected with things that keep them feeling safe.

Aside from kind, that was very brave of him. So often we see someone feeling down and be too embarrassed or afraid to reach out to them.

You are actually referring to the exact same verse Rafter is quoting except you are using the King James wording which is a translation issue from Greek to English. The verse actually says "Permit" or "allow" the children to come to me as it reads in the original Greek text. More recent English translations are more accurate by using the terms permit or allow instead of suffer. Chalk this up as more of a language translation issue and not a Jesus contradicting himself issue. But yes the kids are awesome so no problem with giving them the attention and praise they deserve.

The nicest thing about young children is they are pure in their hearts. They don't see colour or other differences they just see someone who is a friend. It's a pure form of love that should be encouraged not spoiled by the harshness of adults
Disabilities like autism are often misunderstood. This is a great example of someone showing love.

These days billions of ppl are just so hateful and miserable they do not care about other human beings . Just look at what most children watch on T.V. or the hatefilled music they listen to. I truly believe that there's some truly great human beings out here ( I know I am one ) but others only think of money, there next expensive car or shopping sprees. Most ppl today care more about their own cell phones than helping another person. I watch so many ppl they never truly smile or look at another person, they just do not communicate. These children are being taught kindness and this is a great thing.
I tell you why. These hate fill people hate themselves, therefore is easy for them to hate others, young or old, SAD.
They need HELP

I AM NOT CRYING!!!! But thank goodness for these 2 moms who are raising their kids to see beyond differences to see an actual human being and to empathize and care.
well, I am crying, haha...this touched my heart so much...i work with adults with intellectual and physical challenges & i've been doing it for a good amount of time...and i've seen that inspite of their 'challenges' they are no different than everybody else walking this earth..they want to connect with another person & be accepted for who they are...not what others WANT them to be...
The world has something to learn from these little guys...
