    Super valuable as always. Your videos are 🔥
    It’s intriguing to hear you pitch the automated bidding instead of manual cpc like you did before.
    Which leads to me think… are you still starting new campaigns on brand new Google ad accounts on manual cpc?
    From my own experience I think maximize clicks is crap but I see all these “fake gurus” say it’s the go to for brand new ad accounts.
    But the only real opinion that I’d even listen to is yours lol.
    I’ve been trying Target impression share lately and I’ve been comfortable with the results, but would like to hear what you have to say on this one.

      As far as manual vs. smart bidding, smart bidding started beating manual bidding (no matter how good you were at manual bidding) about 3 years ago now.
      'Maximize clicks' bidding strategy sucks because your going to get a lot of mistaken competitor clicks and other similar poor quality clicks that way.
      Manual bidding runs your campaigns with better initial control when you are initially trying to get your campaigns off the ground (before using maximize conversions/conversion value bidding strategies).
      'Target impression share' isn't as good at initially getting your ADs to show as using manual bidding, and doubling your bids as necessary until your ADs start showing from my previous experiments with it.
