Feel like the ending w Dashy is getting overlooked… the man has gone thru a lot of criticism and still does. Being his age I can only imagine how tough it is to hear all this stuff and not be able to have instant gratification. Hearing him talk about how he loves this group of guys and wants to win with them was awesome honestly

I teared up a little. Just thinking about how bad MW was for him, people were dragging his name through the mud. Now he's proven he's not what a lot of people said about him, and he has the 2nd highest KD in the league. It makes me so happy to see. I seriously hope they can pull off a champs win. That would be one HELL of a story.
I started following comp in BO4 when I made my return to COD after 4 years, and Dashy has been my favorite player since. I just wanna see him succeed for some reason

Best episode yet by far, what a rollercoaster this year has been. Gotta give props to Josefo, Roger and Matt, they killed it production wise. Also this cod team is so great to watch in and out of game, best vibes in the league and you can’t ever doubt their passion.
Making the most of a tough situation. That is Optic. Considering the last year and a half - adapting to online and dealing with COVID restrictions - you guys were able to create the most immersive and raw experience for the fans. High key the POVs from the HECZ quarters during each game, having everyone there - seeing the reactions to a win, to a brutal loss - cant get that on LAN - its not the same. You all were able to capture that and tell it in a way that I've never seen before until now. Only org in the space that can adapt to something like this and still continue setting high highs for all the orgs out there. Brilliant and proud to call myself a fan of this organization/community.

The passion is actually insane. Love the optic squad and I want more than anything to see them win together.
Man I love this team. I'm 31 years old and have been a fan since I can remember. I've seen highs and lows but my loyalty has never wavered. So it breaks my heart to hear in minute 44 Hecs say that we get so sad after we lose and that we can't fix it. Man it's as fixable as anything when you're prepared. After a match, designate a debrief meeting, to watch over the game play and discuss thought processes, simple mistakes, complex problems and what is going well that we can implement more. That meeting is the time for discussion, complaining, arguments or whatever but immediately after a loss make it about consoling your team mates. If someone had a particularly bad map, don't go off and sulk or be angry, go and lift up your team mate, remind them how nasty and talented they are to even be on the same team as you, and remind them that you're their team mate and that you win together and lose together. It's frustrating to see you guys winning together but then losing on your own. Fix that and you'll be a championship dynasty again.

Knowing these guys are like brothers and can argue and yell at each other but not just get mad and hate the other shows how far I think they have come as individuals but also the pro scene as a whole. People like Scump, Formal, and even others around the league have grown up with this and matured through it and they know they cannot win if they do not come together and the knowledge from Hecz to realize that letting the work through it and not making a change even though all of us as fans were calling for it for so long is why I love this org. He has faith in the squad he chooses and it showed against Faze so many scenarios where Optic lose that match and they pulled it out in arguably the best series of the year! Love to see it.
Absolute S-Tier production. There's nothing better than when the fans of a team can see the behind the scenes footage to show them how real it is for these guys. That goes for every sport.

I had the same teammates from 4th grade through senior year. We were multiple state champs across multiple sports. On a successful team there are times to hold each other and times to go at each others throats. It’s a balance. Nice progress fellas.
