In my case..i can receive calls but not make calls..i hear the dialtone for 1 second only when i pickup the handset..what to do ?

internet settings me already ports bind kiye huve hai..... me nikal deta hu to zoiper work karta hai but internet sahi se nahi chalta.... kya karu?
Bind voip wan with only one port , either 2.4g or 5g...dont do with both.. prob will be solved...
