Krept did one of the hardest things he ever had to do in life and that was to say goodbye to a part of his family. It was very hard for us to maintain our composure as Krept expresses the empty void in his heart and you can tell he was trying to be strong as he used his pen as a form of therapy. We are so happy that nothing was left unsaid as we were able to witness with the prior letter how Krept & Cadet were able to mend their broken relationship and move forward as they moved to takeover this rap game. Cadet was an amazing artist on the brink of superstardom when he was tragicallytaken from us. The video to Gang Gang just a tiny glimpse into his tremendously powerful talent. Deano's tribute to him shows what an influence Cadet was to even younger artists. I re-watched Cadets Chicken Shop Date recently as I couldn't before as I felt too sad, he was so great, funny and full of joy. Cadet was killed by a drunk drive whilst he was on the way to a gig... He'd booked a cab but was late for that one, missed it & ordered another... If he'd taken the 1st one he'd still be amongst us now ☹ You'll see more of him as an actor in Shiro's Story Part 3.

I lost my dad and uncle just 2 weeks apart in 2019 and then my nanny (their mum) 2 years later on the same day as my dad. This song had be bawling tbh😅
its such a beautiful tribute but hits hard. R.I.P cadet, your siblings and everybody else. Peace to those grieving as well
