thank you sooooooo much for putting this up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Little Hell so far sounds fantastic, i have not been this excited for a new album in years!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was suppose to be there, but my son was born the day before, and we took him home the day of concert. Its a bummer, but I have a beautiful baby boy and I'm sure he will love dallas.
hahaha i've seen a lot of people say they like the change and then as a side note say that they hope he'll still have the old, slow stuff. can't wait for Little Hell to drop and go on all the new videos and see the disappointed people when they realize he didn't remake Sometimes. mark my words: although Dallas is greatly respected, he will face a lot of criticism from the immature crowd. i'm all about musical proggression, so i'm hugely anticipating the new album. great work Dal, class act.
@ibdzzy he also had another demo version of Sam Malone called So Low. also, maybe i cant hear all the lyrics, but im not seeing too many identical lyrics with this song and Urgency
@demon784 i was skeptical too at first but i just listened to the song while looking at the urgency lyrics and they're almost identical with a few minor changes
he already released this song. but in a different "version". this song is urgency, exact same lyrics except for the first little bit. love this version!
the shitty camera quality actually make the video even more... cool ? you know, the lighting and stuff ? and i'm serious, not being sarcastic ! very thankful that you upload this :D awesome job !
@EricBallard lol thats Gibson for you! totally affordable for young musicians! sadly gibson is my personal favourite guitar company! it is a beauty guitar too isnt it!
People need to stop complaining, the new rocky bluesy stuff is very catchy and is a nice change, at the same time i love his slow stuff, he has said the new album is going to be a mix, people can complain now but in the end its Dallas Green whatever he produces people will listen cause its not rebecca black or justin beiber.
D Day (Dallas Day) is tomorrrow! Yay! Too bad for me the two "record stores" in Hillcrest Mall both went out of business between my last and second last visits. I might have to resort to Amazon.com. Horrors.
Does anyone else prefer this version to the album version? The album version is really good and everything, but I think this live version is so much better.
He's had a personal makeover. You can't see it here. Find the Verge studio videos on yourtube. He went from frumpy fuzzy university professor Dallas to studly Marines Dallas that you would sneak past your mamma to bring into your bedroom if you had the chance!. He's also abandoned the folk-singer style musically. No more mellow bathtub music. If this song is any indication, you could be looking at the next Canadian musician to dominate the international rock music scene. History in the making!
i was iffy from 'frgile birds' but maybe this new album wont be too bad. still his sound has changed ALOT. more upbeat these days. needless to say the new album will be great, different however.. very.. different
@TheCharlestonchew Walmart. Eeks. The only Walmart I've been in is the south Barrie one. It's full of hillbillies and people spending their welfare cheques, on cigarettes mostly. I dread going there but it's the only place I can find SixStar muscle milk shakes. Amazon doesn't sound so bad now! hee haw
Dallas!... Your pipes are sick! ... Thank you for being Canadian... and representing Canada!
@HisFallenStar I was at the Webster Hall show allso, great show!!!! and this song has been stuck in my head since then!!!!!!
GREAT RECORDING! love the continuous shot and the lights. Also thank you for the HD shot, too.

@ibdzzy you as well have done much research. have you heard the new way he plays coming home? he uses another guys lyrics at the end.
hahaha i've seen a lot of people say they like the change and then as a side note say that they hope he'll still have the old, slow stuff. can't wait for Little Hell to drop and go on all the new videos and see the disappointed people when they realize he didn't remake Sometimes. mark my words: although Dallas is greatly respected, he will face a lot of criticism from the immature crowd. i'm all about musical proggression, so i'm hugely anticipating the new album. great work Dal, class act.

@ibdzzy he also had another demo version of Sam Malone called So Low.

@demon784 i was skeptical too at first but i just listened to the song while looking at the urgency lyrics and they're almost identical with a few minor changes
he already released this song. but in a different "version". this song is urgency, exact same lyrics except for the first little bit. love this version!
@demon784 look up the lyrics for urgency. its almost identical. and he uses lyrics from sam sparros black and gold for when he plays sometimes live.
the shitty camera quality actually make the video even more... cool ? you know, the lighting and stuff ?
and i'm serious, not being sarcastic !
very thankful that you upload this :D awesome job !
@LazyGamerMike It is! It must be from the '70's too.
I fucking love this. I have been a fan of Dallas since the early Alexisonfire days. COME TO NASHVILLE PLEASE!!!!!!
@nprime8 no sir, elvis costello is britain's dallas green.
That was a joke incase u didnt no...
@ibdzzy thanks for the good quality
Glad to see he's going with the beardless look and the buzzcut. He's a rocker marine.
@EricBallard lol thats Gibson for you! totally affordable for young musicians! sadly gibson is my personal favourite guitar company! it is a beauty guitar too isnt it!
Id rather buy a cd straight from your hands than to give anyone else commission for something so intricately awesome!
I like this version better than the actual track on the album. It's a lot brighter sounding and more passion in his voice.
@HisFallenStar also there it was such a good show.
D Day (Dallas Day) is tomorrrow! Yay! Too bad for me the two "record stores" in Hillcrest Mall both went out of business between my last and second last visits. I might have to resort to Amazon.com. Horrors.
@PeanutBubber he has several pink floyd riffs. But he makes them sound so good!
Who would have disliked this video ? Was probably Dallas on his own account being modest.
18.99 is pretty steep for a cd but cause its dallas i will buy june 7th no other artists i listen will i buy the cd with exception of alexisonfire
Goddamn I can't fucking wait!
Right ooooonnnnnnnn!
@methad123 yea im not complaining. i just think how funny it is having come from Simple Songs to now this. its been quite an evolution lol
Does anyone else prefer this version to the album version? The album version is really good and everything, but I think this live version is so much better.

i was iffy from 'frgile birds' but maybe this new album wont be too bad. still his sound has changed ALOT. more upbeat these days. needless to say the new album will be great, different however.. very.. different
@ATLbraves221 THANKS!
Just what I meant :)
Looking forward to this one. I think he's a great musician, but wasn't feeling the sappy love songs from the last album.
He is Canada's Elvis Costello.
he's the Sydney Crosby of the Canadian music scene.
@ipodvidoe same man! I love his stuff now but this new sound is fucking amazing!
I heard this riff before.....Dogs by pink floyd
0 DISLIKES?! Good. :)
