I shared with them, JayMrRealEstate "How to get perfect Credit", "How to buy your first Home", this Video "How to adopt a Wealthy Mindset coming out of Poverty" and asked them to Subscribe to your channel. My oldest Son came to me one day after repairing a Roof on a Millionaires Estate. He asked that Man "what does a Man have to do to have a Home like this". I remember like it was yesterday. The Mans response was to have a plan and work hard. Mind you, I was a single Parent. He came home with fresh fruit the Man gave him from his Orchard because my Son knows I love raw fruit picked directly off a tree. But he looked me in the eye with his head slightly tilted and said "Good things like that don't happen to people like me". It was the worst feeling a mother could feel other then death. I've kept them Elevated ever since. JayMrRealEstate looks like him, walks like him, talks like him, works hard like him, loves his Queen and kids like him. I need him to see and believe good things do happen to people like him! I Pray both my Son's find what Young Determine Men need to inspire them to continue to Reach for their DREAMS (tear filled eye).

I would love to see Jay set up actual centers that focus on financial, property, and entrepreneurship education. I like his vids but to be honest the way it really is right now compared to whenvhe started and Boyce and others it is totally different. The veneers don't have to be huge and extravagant. I'd say start small like just get store fronts in a few cities.
