Love this tutorial. I'm just getting into aseprite so this is perfect for me. I've had trouble with stars in particular as well so thanks for showing your method on them! Your shortcuts with keyboard commands helped me a lot, keep it up!
I've also had trouble creating a "dirt" effect, so you think your star technique could be applied to creating a dirt-like texture?

Thank you for this. I just want to ask how to select like the circle section of the moon after we fill color, i find it hard to select unusual shape and i don’t know how to do that
Great vid! I'm curious tho, for some reason when I select the moon I can only fill inside the selection, now in Pro Motion I can flip the selection area, but how do I do that in Aseprite? Thanks!

How do we create the brush that makes the dithering effect? Love your videos by the way❤
I think I explain it better in some of my other videos, but you basically draw your pattern, select it with the square select tool, then press ctrl + b to create a brush from the selection. Hope this helps!

I'm struggling at 14:08. You say "Select this sphere" then click the sphere tool then I'm assuming left click on the sphere. My aseprite isn't selecting the sphere when I do this. Am I doing something wrong?
