Would love to see some love for the GEN4 with the 63 lb/hr limits, even with 50% scaling of my ID1050's I hit the upper limit with the ID data thats given.
Thanks for all you do. Your help is greatly appreciated. I followed this video when upgrading to ID1050x injectors in our 2010 Camaro. Everything worked great. Afterwards just messing around with HP Tuners I noticed going under the Fuel System / Fuel Control Module tabs that the data for "flow rate vs pressure" and "minimum Inj PW" is the same as it was before the Inj swap. This is not the original FPCM for the car. It was changed when converting to the LPE dual fuel pump setup. I also noticed that the ID Excel spec sheet has a flow rate table with the same axis header numbers as does the "flow rate vs pressure" under the Fuel System / Fuel Control Module tab in HP Tuners. Do I need to change these values under the FPCM also ? Thanks
Great video bro !! Ive watched this video 5 times already. Currently looking for injector data for (Fuel Injector Connection 42LB Injectors for LS1/LS6 Tick Performance) then ill be on my way to tune this stock 5.3 with 42 lb injectors
You can email Fuel Injector Connection and they will email you the data for your injectors. You won’t need any scaling for that size of injector fortunately.
@@Matt_Sanford thanks so much for your video. I got the setup fired up yesterday from watching your videos. I notice you're in nashville TN, im not far at all from you. Im in Memphis, TN
@Matt_Sanford question man i have e38 would be the same for the deka 80 ,the same Procedure ?? One more thing for some reason i only have "flow rate" octane scalling "injection timing??
I honestly can’t answer that question. I’m sure if you used a manual OS that code would be gone but that’s the only way I can see you getting a U code to go away. You couldn’t use HPTuners for the OS swap either unfortunately. You would have to use a dealer level pass through.
It isn’t. I will make a Gen 3 video though. You don’t have injector flow rate limits on Gen 3. You would scale on Gen 3 to add some resolution to your timing table when under boost.
Thnaks for sharing your craft, gen 3 scaling video would be awesome, I've seen others do gen 3 but there seems to be differences of opinion as to the correct method which shouldn't be a surprise I guess
Yes like to see the 63lb/hr video
My next request/suggestion is a P0411/P059 flex fuel segment swap.
same here

Look at my video of the 3rd Gen Camaro with the LS9. I have the how to with the 63lb/hr limit on there.
Hell Yaa Brother!!! Glad to see this off my recommendation. And now this shows correctly how to use data and how to implement it.
Another solid video packed with great info!!!!!

Gotta E40 willth 63lb hr limit, and looky at 1500 cc injectors, what table do we have to be aware of? Any timing tables?
Thanks for the video dude, saved me pulling what little hair out i still have left
love the content keep it up.
Thanks, will do!
I have some 150lb injectors was wondering if you know where i can get data for them thanks
I have fuel injector development 1300cc bosch. Can I use the A&a info?
I too would like to hear more on 63 lb/hr scaling.
Have you ever done deka 80s on an e78?
Man I have a Caprice PPV I would love to have you tune. But I’m in Orlando. It would be awesome to make it in your videos
How much dose it cost to get a street tune from you I have a 99 chevy 5.3 with chopacabra with cold air intake and long tunes

Amazing content
I need to know how to scale 210s on an e40 ecm
Bad ass content
would love to see how to scale the 63lb limits. running an e67 ecu on a tbss and 80lb siemens injectors
I did that how to in my video on the LS9 3rd Gen Camaro.
@Matt_Sanford I will go check it out. I'm wanting to make sure I'm doing it the proper way. Added an lsa blower and 80lb injectors.
@Matt_Sanford question man i have e38 would be the same for the deka 80 ,the same Procedure ?? One more thing for some reason i only have "flow rate" octane scalling "injection timing??
@Matt_sanford or better yet, can you do a video on the e38 63lb on deka 80lb...would really appreciate it..
Would this work the same for Fuel Injector Connection 1200cc on a 2013 zl1 camaro?
Yes it would be the same.
@@Matt_SanfordAwesome! Do you have any videos for FPCM adjusting on tuning when adding an aux pump?
Wouldnt you halve the stoich to add the fuel back in? Doubling it would be removing fuel
No. When you halve the injector flow rate, the ECM will double the fuel output. Doubling the Stoich leans the vehicle back out.
Oh yess that makes sense now
What does it do to the commanded AFR though when logging wideband AFR error for VE tuning?
With a th400 swapped G8, using hp tuners mpvi2 can you turn off the MIL for TCM communication failure?

@@Matt_Sanford much appreciated! Hoping this RUclips stuff absolutely soars for you!
I would like to see the 63 lb video also super please I have so much trouble with this
I talked about that in the LS9 3rd Gen Camaro video.
Lets say im running an aftermarket fuel regulator will the ifr table be all the same number??
If it is vacuum and/or boost referenced then yes. The offset will be the same as well.
So is gen 3 a similar process?
It isn’t. I will make a Gen 3 video though. You don’t have injector flow rate limits on Gen 3. You would scale on Gen 3 to add some resolution to your timing table when under boost.

Would you still need to scale if ecu is 127lb and injectors are 95lb
It flats out pass 488 i read the engine will never hit those cells
That’s personal preference. I still personally scale them but I’m picky like that.
yes 63 lbs
How the hell do I become a member?!?
Like to see 63lb video please
Is it just me or does this man look like a bootleg Leon Lush?
