Haha so you're all caught up, well we can't make um as fast as you can watch um! 😉Anyway thats all good, I see you use a drone so I maybe needing some advice when we are ready to start cruising.
@@narrowboatnomads that be good, following you on insta and fb. Much prefer quality over quantity, which is what you achieve. Say woof to Dylan for me lol
Howdy Donna Martin and Dylan. Massive boat and very interesting to see how easy the guys do their thing to get it in the water. Wishing you three a Merry Christmas and have a Happy New year. See you next year. Keith
Hi Keith, How is Melbourne treating you and Helen? You'll be in shorts when I should be in thermals, actually I've stuck with the shorts, my motto is kick winter into January but I remain sceptical about British winters! I'm glad you enjoyed the crane lift, I shot loads of footage but Donna reeled me in on that... I think it's a bloke thing eh! Happy New Year, I hope 22 sparkles for you and we chat again soon, Martin
Hello Mate, Good to hear from you and we've had a fine time thank you, a crowd of us got together in the local scout hut and we ate well and laughed a lot. Hope you had a good day and heres wishing you a sparkling 22 Speak soon, Martin
Thank you for this year's videos so good to see the progress with the boat renovations, looking forward to getting some cruising footage next year ? Hope the three of you have a wonderfull Christmas and New Year see you both soon .
Hi Steve, As always thanks for your kind words and encouragement. You'll be glad to hear, the elephant in our room has now left the boat or should I say the toilet pump out tank has come out and is gone. We'll be showing some of this odious task in the next episode along with the bathroom wall being moved, the new dinette and probably working in progress on the bathroom.. Anyway mate, I hope Christmas was good for you and yours and heres wishing you a sparkling 22.
Hi Donna Martin Dylan, thought you been on holiday,so nice to see you again, never heard of nail varnish as a lock tight if it works all good if it don’t get some locktight best on the market used it all the time ,nice pice of filming the lift in of the new boat ,not sure if I like the wheel house that’s my personal opinion, well you three happy Christmas and a cruising new year ,till next time take care keep safe, John 🎅🏻🎄☃️💐🦮🦮👀🤷♂️⛄️🤷♀️
Hi John, Thank you for your words and yes it was a long time between videos so my apology for that. Things just conspired and we had a couple of weeks of just chilling, though to be honest I can't remember doing nothing! It seems even when we slow down there's still plenty to do. I've got a thing about cranes, so I really enjoyed the day Saint George arrived and watching the preparation and the lifting... I must be a geek. Anyway it all went well and the new family has settled in nicely. Donna and Dylan are still sleeping off the Christmas festivities and I'll be carrying on with the dinette later today. Hope you're well and enjoying yourself and that Santa brought you something nice. I promise not to leave the next video for too long and catch up soon. Martin
Top strength Locktite is the answer mate. Use new neoprene/lock nuts. If it's a Vetus bow thruster it can be removed in the water by undoing the four 6mm hex bolts. If it's below that it needs to come out of the water to sort the thruster prop or replace the shear pin. Merry Christmas to the three of you.
Hey Steve, How's things in Droitwich? I don't suppose you've had much time off over Xmas eh! We'll be coming through in a couple of months so will come and find you when we're on our way, I forgot how much we liked it there so may stop if they have room. Anyway mate thanks for the lock tight tip, don't work too hard, have a great 22 and catch up in the spring.
Another great video :-)
