Mine phone when i used factory reset, goes on same way until option wifi. I connect and when i want to go next, he show me that phone need to be unlocked to continue, and i dont have option where i can use my password to unlock.

I think what you are getting is the Google login screen that asking you to login into the same account that you were using earlier beofre resetting.

Just press down the power key for awhile and your phone will reboot out of the safe mode. Then just follow the process shown in the video
