Outstanding! I was thrilled when I saw this was over 30 mins long and I felt immersed with Oliver in this uniquely challenging situation. I especially love how you're creating the hand-held camera and drone camera effects -- very convincing. And bravo all around to the voice actors -- they killed it! Can't wait for more, Zark... Damn. That got intense! Felt like I was riding along on an emotional journey. Very well done. almost seems like peak SC Machinima. You didn't have to play on any of the game's goofy jank. Stuck to the story without ever giving the feeling that the game was holding it back.

I NEED MORE OF HIM AND HIS URSA. PLEASE. I loved the bond they made and how she showed 'emotion' for him. If this becomes a long term thing, you should make URSA like Cortana in Halo where she eventually gets a body lmaooo. But This was amazing.

I just saw this Machina for the first time…The work done by the entire cast both by voice actors/actresses and the postproduction is really top tier.
I hope you choose to make this a machina series. If this hasn’t been already, then CIG needs to consider featuring this movie on the community spotlight.

Absolutely incredible, A real roller-coaster of emotion and suspense, with beautiful camera work and impeccable pacing.
Have nothing more to say that hasn't already been said in the other comments but one thing, this caught me completely off guard. There is not a lot of machinimas done well enough to keep you half an hour in it. So imho accomplish that with a single character in such a tiny environment as an Ursa rover interior says a lot about your cinematographic capabilities. Hats off for that.
I enjoyed the ride very much. You put masterfully into perspective the vastness of the moon and how dangerous it is to be alone.
I loved it. By the way, I climbed Kilimanjaro in July and the oxygen level level is about 50% of sea level at the peak (5895m) and even base camp was only around 56% (4700m) so you are dealing with those sort of levels for 24-36 hours while walking very slowly uphill. Some people cope OK while some don't and for some they can die if not taken down a few thousand feet as quickly as possible not to mention the increased risk of strokes and heart attacks. You probably got it about right for someone who was not given time to acclimatise slowly and I am sure 40% would have been horrible even for someone sitting down.
Sounds like a really cool trip, and I'm glad Oliver's reaction to low pressure seems accurate. While filming this i learned the pressure in commercial airplanes is around 70% of the pressure at sea level. I was like "oh that's now so bad then. 50% must be fine too" And then i saw some people actually die from that 😯

Thrill ride of an experience. With Jumptown ongoing that weekend, I’m surprised Zark didn’t get to see and wave down any sky combatants. Will Oliver ever learn of the search team that spent hours looking for him and having to rescue one of their own in turn? Emotions and much applause from Tia watching Oliver’s ordeal. She clapped vigorously when he topped that last ridge into the crater housing Loveridge.

One minor thing. It's not "cal-lee-OH-pee." Calliope (kal-LYE-oh-pee) is named after the Greek goddess of epic poetry, one of the Nine Muses. It's the same name given to the large, steam-driven musical instrument traditionally used in circuses.
I DO like the "cheat" of giving Ursa an AI, even though there aren't any AI in "the 'verse," because of incidents which happened in the past (in canon lore). Without that, it would have been a much more boring ride.
She's basically a google assistant. No worries about this AI taking over anything :D. Thanks for the tip about the pronunciation.

INCREDIBLE ZARK! Just stunning what you did here. Great storytelling and creating a sense of tension along each step of your journey across the frozen wastelands... and as other people noted, feels very similar to the Martian (not that you copied the story, but just the same edge of your seat concern as you are making this difficult treck through and unforgiving landscape.
