I'm in the USA, and sadly, due to the VW diesel scandal of 2015, the Bentayga Diesel has never been sold in North America. I hope to get a chance to test drive it at least once. It looks like the all time ultimate, full size SUV. And that VW Group 4 litre V8 diesel engine is quite possibly, in terms of performance and dynamics, the greatest diesel engine ever put in a passenger vehicle. VW Group planned to introduce the V8 diesel engine to the USA, at least in the Audi SQ7 TDI. Dieselgate put an end to those plans.
