Saw them on this tour. I was only 12 years old or so. My old man took me to the gig at the Astoria. Loved it. The levels of musicianship were amazing. He hated metal but was blown away by the controlled ferocity. We still talk about this gig and the Pantera/Megadeth gig he took me too.
Watching Death's live footage always blows my mind, especially seeing Chuck's ability to growl his lyrics while playing some sick riffs and solos simultaneously, RIP master
I filmed this show :-)
The (killer) line-up at this show was : Chuck Schuldiner (guitar, vocals) , Craig Locicero (guitar ) , Steve DiGiorgio (bass) and Gene Hoglan (drums).
The 11 people that gave this a thumbs down have no idea what they are seeing. R.I.P. to the mighty Chuck. Death lives on, forever.

Chuck is not dead he is DEATH, as he would say "keep the metal alive"
It’s crazy how chucks voice sounds very polite but when he sings, he’s a different person
Those fucking screams!
