Hearing 70's and winter made me chuckle a little lol. Its currently 18* here. That's cool I'm glad it made a difference. It's all the little things that add up
Oh man that’s cold up there. You’re probably not driving the cars too much huh?
@@TheAllAmericanDriver They’re all gone I sold the Fox a few weeks ago. I’d rather to traveling than build cars. There’s a lot that happened this summer to lead to all of this. I’ll do a channel update shortly. Usually summer cars up here are done around mid October.
I have both black and yellow Eurocompulsion POWERFLEX LOWER ENGINE MOUNT BUSHING KITS. The inclusion of a bushing alone is an upgrade. Having both bushings provides 3 levels of stiffness (OEM upgraded, Mid, and Hard). What I noticed is much less engine movement. The different settings enabled varying stiffness. The black (most stiff) mount is rock solid and created really stiff shifts. I don't notice any change in shift timing, just response from transmission to wheels. I think this may cause easier loss of traction due to the quicker transfer from trans to wheel. I kept the black in but if I wanted to make the 4C feel more subdued I can take out the insert and leave in the bushing. Good video.
Yeah overall I feel it’s a good upgrade. I’m on a pretty big and sticky tire, so I still have more traction than power.
Awesome video bro!!! Btw this is Shawn from the ford store in Bremerton
Good to see you in the comments! Hope you’re doing well.
Nice job on the video. Are you planning to do coilovers? That is the next upgrade I want to do, but they are spensive! Hopefully you do, I would love to see a good review on the pros and cons. Keep the videos coming!
I have a few more things to do with the car before I consider coil overs. In the future it's on the list, probably KW V3s, but I don't know 100% yet.
Currently own a turbo S2K car makes 520hp. Been looking at 4c’s ever since I seen one and was wondering if you could share your pros and cons for both cars. Found your channel n you got a new sub
Welcome to the channel. I miss my S2K a lot, I’m sorta actively searching for another. I’ll touch on this topic in depth in a future video. But briefly, S2K at least in N/A form is more fun, Alfa 4C feels more special.
Do you have the Alfaworks suspension blocks ? How much caster are you running
I did the GMS blocks and alignment shims. You can find that video a few episodes back. I’m at -2 camber.
How many engine mount are there 1red? Do i have to buy just one pcs? Greetings from sweden LE 480/500
This is just a one piece lower engine mount. Made a big difference. I’m not sure if there are more options, but this is a good noticeable upgrade.
