  • So much work has been done since Hurricane Helene passed through and left devastation in her wake. Interstate 26 is open, one lane in each direction. Crews continue to clean debris and search through ruble. We have come a long way, but there is still so much to do. Here is a look at the Jackson Love and South Industrial Park area in Erwin, Tennessee, 1 month later…

We lived there 4 months in a RV park and worked on a house we bought in Greenville tenn. We had moved only 3 weeks when this happened. Ive cried seeing the damage and for all the lives that was lost.

I live very close to this area, & no matter how many times I see this destruction, I get overwhelmed with sadness. Thank-you for showing us the work being done to help bring this area back to a new normal. Great video, great music choice!

I agree with you. It's sad to see the destruction, but it’s also heartening to witness the way people have come together in an effort to restore the community. Thank you for watching!

So torn. The devastation is really bad, but the fall foliage is amazing! We haven't been getting much in color changing in SC. Everything goes either from green to brown or green to black.

I hiked 96 miles of the AT in May and June 24 and went thru Erwin TN. This storm did massive damage.

Given that the Nuclear Commission waste site is directly behind Impact Plastics - I'm concerned about breaching. Still.

Well maybe you didn’t notice all the equipment trying to clean up the mess . It could be that the state and federal government is paying for all this. Just maybe though. What a dumb ass
