Hi, I belong to the French evangelical pentecostal church (UPCI / EPU France) and some of my brothers have told me about the series "The Chosen", that I should consider watching it.
I never felt the need to do so, and heard here on YT many bad comments about that series, that it was leading to ecumenism among other things.
So far I heard enough to remain skeptic about watching it, but, seeing how many people are into it, I wonder if I should talk them out of it or not.
We do have the Holy Spirit to show us what's of God and what is not, but I also know series are a great tool to lower people's shields, especially one about Jesus !
I would welcome any advice on that.

You know you can simply skip ahead? I do it on EVERY podcast because almost all of them have an intro period.
