its one of the best song in tamil..
I feel so bad for this film for it was a feat very few had when it was released. Of course as a Shankar film it has grandiose set pieces, but it didn't affect the rest of the film. Hearing this amazing film with such ambition was in all brutality a bomb at the theatres was shocking.
Maybe it was the new approach they took or maybe the budget itself being blown out of proportion, this was not supposed to flop. Hell, same with Thaandavam (the other Amy Jackson-Vikram-Santhaanam film) being a fresh breath of air but performing poorly at places.
Its beauty and the beast done in an Indian Style. The last good movie of Shankar. After this everything was mediocre.
After I, sankar did only 3 movies - 2.o, Indian 2 and Game changer. 2.o and game changer are good movies

Bro I am a fan of Shankar. Even if you watch jeans now it will still hold its merits. Aniyan and Sivaji were crazy good. But he is very poor now.
