everyone complaining about Luan playing 2 games in one day need to foh. Cody played Trent McClung AND Shane O'neil back to back in BATB 7 and each game was long as hell. and he was a joe!!! no one expected him to win game 1 let alone 2. Luan is pro and wasn't on his game. it's as simple as that.

The consistency of these dudes is absolutely amazing
after trying varial flips all day and not landing one without heel drag and coming home to watching this i might just kill myself
try learning them off the nose,, then put your board back the normal way around when you get them tidy' hopefully this helps
Learn double kickflips before you learn varial. Make sure your shuv it is on lock. YOu will not heel drag.
Euan Kirby honestly I wouldn't waste time on varials there hard as fuck and ugly just go to tre flips there easier and look a lot better
Don't waste your time one double flips. just get pop shuvs on lock and know how to flick a kickflip
Most failures come from the board not kick flipping all the way. The shuv rotation is more forgiving. Learning a double will set your feet up better for varial. TRy some double kicks flips before the varial. If you are afraid of double just know that its not in how hard you flick rather the stance before you flick it.
i find it amazing how luan pops his tricks so well. These are two of my favorite skaters because of what you just witnessed. Very technical and very clean and precise with how they execute their tricks.

Love to watch these two amazingly talented guys go at it. That being said, joslin is an up and coming beast on a skateboard. His street footage is getting bigger and bigger, and his competition performance is drastically increasing as a force to be reckoned with. These guys were both blessed with skills on a board.

This game of skate just further cements this year's BATB as one of the best. This feels like BATB 1 and 2, but with the logical progression/explosion of technical skateboarding. Nearly every match up has shocked me one way or the other.

A "REAL" skater would want to welcome a person new to skateboarding because every new skater/ fan is good for the skateboarding industry.
