Talking about live action is one of the best adaptations of a comic suit and Ben Afleck is one of the best castings too, shame everything turned out the way it did.
I was left in awe when the very first teaser image of Ben Affleck as Batman was revealed back in 2014(?), and I instantly fell in love with the Batfleck suit bc this is the first grey Batsuit in decades since the 30s or 40s black and white TV movies or serials
This is definitely one of the best live action suits. I’m glad Inart is also planning on making Ben Affleck. That means they’re both gonna have to bring their A game. And they’ll hopefully continue to update them.
I’m so excited. Batman is my favorite fictional character and this looks so good.

Idk if it’s me but the head sculpt gives me more ZSJL vibes than BvS. Not a nitpick or a bad thing just how it looks to me

Actually Christian bale in Batman begins was the first version where he could turn his head 😮 example: the Rachel scene in the Batmobile 🔥
He could definitely not turn his head in batman begins, hence the quote from Lucius Fox 'you want to be able to turn your head' lol
@@JustinsCollection I’m aware of that quote, but may I suggest going back and re watching begins. Specifically the Batmobile chase scene if you watch, he actually turns his head multiple times. I picked up on this actually from watching the special features where the lead costume designer was actually saying they wanted to design a cowl that was flexible compared to the old Keathon cowls. It’s actually pretty amazing that this was technically the first one piece cowl that was flexible. You don’t have to believe me, go watch for yourself.

Thanks for being thorough as always Justin! I actually got his Justice League suit over the summer for a bit over retail but I still went ahead and pre-ordered this 2.0. Thanks for covering that the body may still not be posable due to the material. I wonder how possible it is to make a fabric suit look like spandex. Cause the Scarlet Spider is so much fun to pose and it still looks like a spider suit

Huge, built like a tank and able to bring down a living god with a Krypotonite pellet.
This version of Batman would have killed Bale and then knocked out Bane.
@@dcmastermindfirst9418 I like the movies he's in less than the others. Its nothing against Affleck specifically, I think his design and casting is excellent. Just not my cup of tea personally

No chance. The suit looks like ass… especially in the abdomen and the proportions are terrible… swing and a missss. Keep the 1.0 and get a mille headsculpt
A little late on this one (just found out about the news recently), but I think my only nitpick on this figure is how soft and "cartoony" the torso musculator looks, I prefer the grittier look of the original because the texturing there was more accurate to the in-set suit than on this one. Overall, I think I prefer the facesculpts on this figure, and the inclusion of the wired cape is neat!

For me personally this and 1.0 version is the best hot toys batman suit ever made. Good proportions, colours, brutal look - all this makes ultimate batman figure

I'm glad Hot Toys done a much better job on Batman and added the Incredible Diorama Display Base. That Diorama Display Base will definitely make everyones Detolf Cabinets look Badass than ever before. And I agreed Justin! You have to get it, it's worth it! 🤩🤩🤩👍👍

I hope so too. I found out the InArt Superman is about an inch shorter than this 2.0 Batman. If InArt showcases their Batman before Hot Toys releases theirs, I’m canceling my preorder.

Could this be an attempt to capture the market that will follow the release of InArt's BvS Superman? I'm guessing a lot of collectors would like to purchase this and pair it with the Superman, as both of these figures have excellent headsculpts.

My favourite Batman overall is Christian Bale BUT this BVS look for Batman is the most badass live action look for the character by far. I just love the thicker more muscular look and the cowl is just perfect and scary looking. Must have figure!

I believe I heard somewhere that the reason the likeness is on point here but not that flash figure is because it’s under the same license of BvS that had permission to use Affleck’s likeness.

I loved Batfleck for the most part. I wish I loved the movies. Wonder Woman and Aquaman were the only two DCEU films that I did actually like. But I've been thinking about picking up that Inart Superman because I love Henry Cavill as Superman. And it looks like I may have to get this. This is a gorgeous figure. Maybe I'll wait to see if Hot Toys makes another Cavill.

This figure looks great...but cracking and flaking is definitely a turn off. Just feels like I'd be throwing money away...unless the suit is made of a different material.

I will never understand why people swear on they life that ben Affleck is the best batman he doesn't even have his own solo film the only thing that was cool was his suit and that is the bvs 2016 suit his suit got worse with every appearance especially that suit in the flash and thats because i actually like Ben Affleck and his movies but his batman is not it not when Christian bale and Robert Pattinson exist
