Very interested. Can you share how you store these items? I loved that you mentioned you freeze the butter. Sometimes, with bulk like this, the people showing have things like root cellars. I would like to know how to store (even use) for the "average" person. Thanks so much.

Yes, they sometimes sell out of my favorites too. The cheese is often sold out and it makes me sad. But I always go back and try to get it next time.

That butter would last us a year, that's a lot of butter! Not good for cholesterol.
