Repeat one of two mantras: Of course this is mine, I am so grateful. Of course this is mine, I always get what I want morning and night (optional- any other time in between). Make sure you involve your emotions for it to be effective. End with gratitude or certainty.
After watching countless LOA videos and reading dozens of books, I think I found the one technique that works for me. Finding passion and joy and being grateful for everything, and I mean everything, you have in life. Then manifestation comes easy.

I have watched a lot of videos about manifesting and tried a lot of mantras but none of them resonated quite like the second one you mentioned. "Of course this is mine. I always get what I want." This was almost like a slap in the face because it's true! No matter how long it takes I do in fact always get what I want. Makes so much sense now.
This is so powerful and she is so great. I’ve been able to manifest certain things in the past but using Mary’s techniques have put me into another level of manifestation. Thank you Mary Kate!

I’ve watched several of your videos and a few comments. 1. It does start off with long introductions that often seem like I’m waiting for the sales pitch but I get it... you’re trying to tell the whole story.
2. You explain things very clearly and well.
3. You don’t come at people attacking. Many manifesting coaches I feel like they are sick of repeating themselves but they need to make content for viewers so there they are. But it often feels like they are annoyed by having to do this and it comes across as them being aggravated or tired of dealing with people who don’t get it right off the bat. Their Facebook groups are filled with people who do nothing but stroke the egos of the coaches and if you ask questions outside the box or aren’t doing things how they would do them, you get attacked.
You are a breath of fresh air. Thank you.

Hi I just wanted to say since listening to you on sunday I have had a major energy shift within myself. I just can't explain it with words. I have really let this positive shift allow me to do the most simplicist thing we all forget to do ,and that's to smile!. I'm quite disciplined in work, home matters and in finances so I tend to worry alot about everything but today I paid bills with a huge smile on my face. I went grocery shopping with a huge smile and forgot what I had to get and I didn't care, it just made me smile. I found myself giggling today for no apparent reason and I felt great. I said to my hubby I will buy him a truck and our first home soon when I win the big lottery and I felt really good, not once did I feel guilty today for anything I thought of. It all came from a good positive place. So thank you so much💕

Month's after i start to set my self reading,and learning about LOA. I see my life change, nothing extremly happened to me, but its the little thing on our life's who count much.
The biggest difference i see it was in my mind, and my attitude to thing's that happen to me, and how i react to them.
I learn to love my self, and give myself more self respect that i never had..
i have catch my self thinking negative, and feeling negative, and the exactly things im afraid of happened to me.
and i know im the one who make it happen. So now, when i catch my self thinks negative things i give my mind something else to think before something bad happen xD

through believing and trying your given mantras in this video.Literally I watched a lot of videos about LOA and meditations,but I really just thought of fighting with negative energies,blocking negativity abruptly bla bla bla,it is like just fighting with myself as you said being relax ,confidence play a great role when it comes to manifestation.I believe you ❤️ found this technique easy ,I 'm gonna try your course right now..(BTW english isn't my 1st language ,maybe wrote something uncorrectly in comment)
I think people need to also understand that there are limitations and restraints when it comes to the law of attraction. For example, a 60 year old man can't say, "I'm certain I am playing NFL football" when we know that would never happen due to the constraints of the physical reality and rules and laws within the NFL football league. That of course is just one example out of tons of example I can come up with....So what I mean is be realistic. Don't list a goal that the universe can't bring you, otherwise you will be disappointed. Maybe Mary Kate can do a video on this....

I woke up today thinking law of attraction simply doesn’t work. I have a brain that never stops buzzing. Then while I was scrolling you tube your video popped up. Timing or what. Restored my beliefs straight away. I do believe LAA works but have moments when I forget it.

This Works!!!! I am not even kidding!! My sp and I were not talking since more then a month. We had a fight, I attempted to reach out but no response from him, I did this and the second day, he texted me at 8in the morning, I could sense he was desperate for me and kept saying he misses me and was sad. I think if you experience resistance/ disbelief after saying this, then you can try something else, that is more naturally believable to you. I have realized that what works for some with regards to loa, may not work for others. This exercise increases resistance for me. So I’ll have to choose a more natural one, most suitable for me. Many 💕
Another way to do it can also be say Of course (obvious statement e,g I breathe every day)
Then say of course (my manifestation)
Then say another statement. (E,g Of course I got up today and I won the lottery)
