    For allot of people myself included this can be caused from irritated nerve in the pelvis. If you can resolve your pudendal neuralgia via strengthening and arresting the muscle and tissue around it you have a chance. Easier said then done though it takes a lot of patience and work. Also many of us that suffer from this might have other factors contributing to the hard flaccid like ibs chronic fissures. Stress can also make all these symptoms worse. Be patient you might not get perfect but if you can be mindful of your symptoms and do everything in your power to get relief you will at the very least be in slightly less pain.

    How are you so sure that it’s the connective tissues that were damaged?

    • @celdub4184

      And are you saying then that your exercises heal the connective tissues?

    • @DynamicContractionTechnique
      @DynamicContractionTechnique  2 года назад +6

      To answer your question honestly it is not ALWAYS the connective tissues that were damaged, however, the vast (and I mean 90% or more) majority of people with HF injured themselves either using some sexual tool like a penis pump or aggressively masterbating or god forbid participating in the practice of jelcking. They report feeling the injury occur in the connective tissue as opposed to a nervy feeling. Now that being said, the nerves and pudendal artery and vein can and often are involved, but the solution still lies in treating the condition like a soft tissue injury and addressing healing those damaged tissues first, make sense? There are always outliers that have a unique presentation, it's impossible for their not to be, but the DCT course is designed to address as many presentations as possible and guide those with more complex situations to the help they need before they waist years and hundreds of thousands of dollars. Cheers, Nic

      Hi Josh, I’m a physical therapist, and I spent more than 20 years perfecting the system of flexibility training. I offer the year long course for roughly the cost of what you would pay to see if pelvic pain physical therapist two times in their clinic. I do this because I know that people are suffering and I want to offer an alternative that doesn’t drain you of all your money. However, while I understand your sentiment, it is a little offensive. Would you go to a brain surgeon and tell him that he’s trying to steal your money because he won’t take your brain tumor out for free? That attitude makes it so people who could really benefit from this course, have doubt based on an irrational belief system. I don’t appreciate your comment, and I’m sorry if you’re the one in pain. But I am confident in the results that my course gives and has given thousands of people who are willing to pay and commit themselves to the program. The information in these videos is extremely valuable and important. If you were going to understand how you got pelvic pain and what category you fall into so that you can do the proper recovery. I hope that answers your question.

      You have to understand that in most cases this is a injury to the connective tissue that runs through the pelvic floor and connects to the lower abdomen, and in order to perform the stretches that will allow you to target that area you need to first correct posture of your pelvis which is most certainly out of alignment pretty significantly for you to have injured yourself and be experiencing the symptoms of hard Flaccid. If you decide to take the program, make sure you are prepared to commit to the work on a daily basis even if you don’t do it for a long time, consistency is the only way to permanently change your pelvic posture and ultimately alleviate your symptoms. That being said make sure you do not resonate with the sixth archetype which is known as the outlier, this archetype has some other confounding issues going on such as sacral nerve compression, or varying forms of genetic Earl Danlos syndrome and vascular congestion.

    Being disconnected from my muscle while the fascia being tight I think Its what's happening to my adducotors.
    At first I wasn't even able to feel them with foundation exercises, now I finally can but if I stretch too much (the muscle) even if on the short term it improve my symptoms, on the long term I lose connection with it, going very light is not helpful.
    And on fascial stretch its still difficult to feel the burn so idk how to proceed anymore.

Since then my pain has progressed to entire pelvis to include the right foot (burning). Thinking it might me PFCN instead of PN I had all branches of the PFCN resected, huge mistake. Any suggestions on how to push forward with this program without sending my body into a flare? I just spoke with a lady who also did this course and she had success! I want to give it another shot as nothing else has worked.
