I teared up towards the end of your vlog
This may be me oversharing but I discovered your channel when I was in my second year of university and I was depressed at the time because of the stress that comes with growing up and other personal things but watching you go out and do things like get your own house, get your first paycheck and all the heartwarming relationships that you have with your family and friends has led me to have so much to look forward to in life, it's led me to be hopeful for a future that once seemed bleak
Also seeing how you appreciate the little things in life like a beautiful weather, a nice meal, a pretty dress, a perfect cup of coffee, the joy of pursuing a hobby etc has led me to shift my outlook in life and I do now appreciate the little things which I often overlooked and that has made me so much happier as a person and in combination with therapy has really helped me improve, this may be your adulting series but it has helped me grow in so many ways and for that I'll forever be grateful, congratulations on 100 episodes Ashley and I wish you the best in your new chapter of life, be happy and healthy

I moved in with my 'roommate' in December after living alone for a few years but differently from you, i am not going to miss living in a studio flat in the city and will enjoy our little one bed house in a small town!

In the future, i would suggest making the noodles first. When they are close to done, then warm your sauce in a pan over medium low heat. Sauce doesn't take long to warm up

100th ? Damn Ashley! I feel so blessed and thankfull for you sharing your journey with us. These series really helped me too and still is. Being in my late 20’s made me realize how scary adulting is. It’s feels comforting to see i’m not the only one experiencing adulthood this type of way.

ashley, turn down the heat when you put the pasta in also just pick it up and move it off the stove and it'll immediately go down! this still happens to me and i've been cooking pasta since i was 12 lol 😂😂 also the cooking time tends to be on the package but it's usually between 9-12mins depending on how you like your pasta. and put a bit of the pasta water into the sauce 🤗

Cooking pasta is deceptively easy. Depending on how "al dente"* you want it and whether or not it's gluten-free, it can taking longer than you think it should. But imagine the possibilities once you trial-and-error with more recipies like mac and cheese?
* Per the internet: "It describes the texture of cooked pasta when it's tender but firm and chewy when you bite into it. If your pasta is mushy and soft, you've blasted right past al dente and into well done."
