Like Slashuur and his real identity as a blue Utrom with red scars (curiously, the opposed color scheme of Ch'reel) or the one time little joke of 4 ninja rats trained by a wise old turtle, being used a little more.
Yeah, Konami and the team working on the 2003 games really brought their A game. And a great animation team for the exclusive anime-style cutscenes on top of using footage from the show :)

I played it on the GameCube but it was awesome being able to play with other players just like Marvel Ultimate Alliance game. But for the obvious reason, the game if I remember was released a year or so after the show aired, and not only that they might’ve been on season 3-4 by then so it was already too late to even think of Slasher at the time. Zog’s death and other moments in the game happened prior in the actual show, before battle nexus actually happened. Production must’ve been in a rush so it kind of explains why the cutscenes look choppy as they play out. It’s like playing a mini arc of the show in the game but similar to what happened in the show. Still feels weird as the actual game plays out too in cutscenes, you have either the choppy 2d scenes, clips from the actual show put in as a cutscene, or the 3D cgi cutscenes, but in the run they made it work so yeah it’s a good game overall.
But they can choose to be good or evil. They are still people with personal value, morality and point of view. They aren't objects. A lot of ninja in Japanese history chose to act for the greater good of the country.

There were 3 games based on the 2003 show season 1 2 and 3 , after that they stopped making games based on the show and made a brawler type game called mutant melee

Yeah it’s pretty cool how they tell a similar story but throw in many different plots and arcs. Slashuur and the ninja rats were awesome.
Maybe they scrapped those ideas originaly for the show and Konami saw those ideas and said HEYYYY LETS PUT THIS IN THE GAME!
