They made great stuff in 61, including me!! My aunt had a 59 wide track Pontiac.

STUNNING! My first car was given to me in 1968 by a family friend. It was a 61 Bonneville. White over gray. 389 4v. I’m 70 now and that is STILL my favorite looking car!

Easily one of the most beautiful Pontiacs of this era I have seen to date. A complete bargain at this price based on how much Classic Vintage G.M. steel is here. Just gorgeous Jay ! Won't last !
Jeez ! Just look at it !

As written on the paint chip sheet, Skymist Blue iridescent. This would give it a metallic look. Nice car.

Jay, you find the nicest cars. In '61 (as a teenager) Pontiacs were my favorite cars. My dream was to have '61 Ventura "Bubble Top" and a 4-door Catalina (or whatever it was called) wagon for my soon-to-be wife. I planned to order both cars in the same blue (my fiancé's favorite) as your Bonneville. You didn't mention the 8-Lug Wheels/Brakes but those were a big improvement over the stock smaller drums long before discs became available. I thought of them as more or less equivalent to Buick's big finned drums. Those 8-lugs were a Pontiac exclusive. They didn't seem to be listed on the Window Sticker, nor was the Tri-Power. The Window Sticker mentioned Wheel Discs, Custom (full wheel covers) not the 8-lug wheels/brakes on the car.

Note that the Bonneville was about 7 inches longer than the Catalina or Ventura equivalent.

Sharp Bonny!!! It would look even better with fender skirts. They weren't popular on 61's.

I'll say it, they just don't make them like that anymore.😁
    The paint does look perfect.
I think the color might be Trade wind blue..?
    61 yr I was born, I'd own it.😁

@@VoloMuseumAutoSales The title says 1961, however you said "a '60 Pontiac Bonneville" at 00:36.
Pontiac did a great job, modernizing the style from 1960 with this clean, elegant design.
