Something that all the games have even up to now (or at least the ones I played) is that the ragdolls even with a headshot will scream if they fall and move, it is something that they should fix since it does not look good.
Out of all of them i recommend using the tommygun mod. i liked the ak model but the audio and firerate is uncanny af. Every aspect of the tommy gun is satisfying except for the scope thing. but the audio mod extension for the tommy is crisp af
The only thing I don’t like about this mod is that the npcs just react normally when you use modern guns like they should be terrified by the site of assault rifles since they have never seen such guns before in their life

I've just exchanged files between ak47 and tommygun, and I don't know about carry more weapon mod. I always change weapons from my horse.
