There were no pictures at Lowe's website for what the edge clamp accessory was good for. Your video covered it and I will add these to my order. They should help keep 2 curved loose pieces of plastic in place while I melt the crack. Great editing and planing for the video. Professional. Thanks!

These are great clamps but on the heavy duty ones the rubber pads fall off easily. I always store my clamps closed to not lose them
Can the corner accessory be used on other company clamps?
These accessories are designed specifically for Irwin Quick-Grip clamps. They might work on others, but we would not be able to conform fitment.

Hi from the Netherlands. I got a heavy duty clamp but I still don't know the meaning of that small plastic thing that slides over the rail?
You may have spacers on the bars of your clamps to keep the wood and glue from touching the bar itself and position the work at a better height for clamping.

Question: Stop the video at 5:05 and you'll see all the clamps laid out. See the biggest clamp laying flat on the table? What are those two blue pieces of plastic that slide along the bar used for? NO ONE can give me an answer. Thoughts?
We've been kicking this around the office and the best answer is a "kick-stop" or adjustable foot to help stabilize the clamp. Seems to only be on the heavy duty models. If we find something different, we'll let you know.
