Hi Paul. You mentioned the acrylic yarn being a lot like rock wool and that made so much sense to me. I've often wondered about rock wool and have had a cube of it for years not knowing how to use it so maybe it's time to put it to use and try one of the broms or spider plant babies from my garden. Will let you know how it goes, I just need to find a suitable container in fact an old coffee cup may do the trick.
@@cindyjohnsen326 I’m thinking it’s thrips. Probably left over from the Calathea massacre. But Sansevieria are stronger and can pull through easier. Pesky pests. lol. How r u Cindy? 😃😃😃
I have several Sansevieras. They are mature plants. Is it too late to transfer to yarn culture? My favorite is the rosette Trifasciati Hanhii, which has become quite large and is flourishing. I’d hate to shock it or risk losing it.
@@deb.m.7458 I always say, if it’s doing well, why bother it. Mine would always end up suffering in soil. Lots of factors. But semi hydro and acrylic yarn work well for me.
Root Porn! I'm sitting here stroking my snake plant. LOL I'm sticking with the name Sansevieria because it is less confusing and everyone knows what you are talking about.
