@@-Dark.1s- not actually, that's true ui omen can dodge attacks but don't forget that it has three problems, first is that it still needs some goku movements which means it couldn't dodge every attack successfully like mui or tui, so this will make it to get hits more possible so ssjb evo has a chance to touch it and hit it. second is, it's unstable and it can disappear any moments so the fight would go another way. and third, it's not as powerful as ssjb evo, i mean it's powerful enough to beat a god of destruction user(toppo), for better understanding, It is like beating the Ultra Ego that literally Surpassed mui and pui with only ssjb evo form. So it's still possible for vegeta to take this as a really close fight.
