easy going, quick and delicious recipes

OK, I will admit to lovin' this quick and easy peanut flavoured dressing.
Dressing:
Equal amounts of oil, lime juice and a sweet juice like apple, orange or mango. 1 tsp of Epicure's Sesame Ginger dressing and 1 tbsp of peanut butter. Mix and set aside while you prepare salad.
I used, my Epicure mandolin to make shoestring cucumber, carrotand apple, slices green onion, coriander, napa cabbage, combine and add dressing. If you want to add diced peanut bits that would add a nice crunch and extra protein.
Yum !!!
